How to get Aldar Gift Card with your Darna Points
- Log in to the Darna app.
- Go to the 'Wallet' tab and select the 'Redeem' option to redeem your points.
- Choose 'Get Aldar Gift Card' and select 'Redeem'.
- Enter the number of Darna Points you wish to redeem. The equivalent of AED value for the selected points will be shown on the screen for your confirmation.
- Upon completion of the redemption process, a reference code will be generated.
- Approach any Customer Service Desk at Yas Mall, WTC Abu Dhabi, Al Jimi Mall or Al Hamra Mall and share the code with the Aldar Customer Service Agent.
- The Customer Service Agent will take note of the reference number and provide you with the Aldar Gift Card for the load value.
Minimum redemption is AED 50 and maximum redemption is AED 36,000.
An annual cumulative limit of AED 36,000 per customer applies.
